After filling out an application (Under files on left) there is a court check and a credit check that is done. You will provide the following: Check stubs to verify current income, SSN Card, Drivers licence or State ID.

You can move in after being approved, the security deposit is payed, and the first months rent is payed.

Check your smoke detectors once a month and replace batteries if needed.
